The registration fee includes access to the course lectures and the poster session, all coffee breaks and three light lunches.

  1. The total amount of the fee should be credited to the course organizer in a single payment and all bank transfer charges and commissions are paid by the sender.
  2. Transfer confirmation must be sent by e-mail to ecas2019pt@gmail.com.
  3. Any registration can only be considered completed after the reception of a Payment Notice.
Cancellation policy

The reimbursement of registration fees will be possible on written application received by email to ecas2019pt@gmail.com before June 21, 2019. It will result in a deduction of €50 for expenses. No refund will be made after this date.

Abstract submission

In order to present a poster of your work you must submit an abstract using one of the included templates (LaTeX should be preferred). Bear in mind that the abstract should not include any references and should fit in a single page.

To submit the abstract send an e-mail to ecas2019pt@gmail.com with your abstract attached as a PDF file named as ECAS2019_Name_Surname.pdf (please, include [ECAS2019 Abstract submisson] in the message Subject field).

The received abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and the results of that revision will be announced by e-mail no later than May 24, 2019.
